Bag Lady

Day 9 – What’s In Your Bag

I’m not really big on BIG purse although a have about 3 that I consider “big” so my bag doesn’t really have a lot in it at the moment but the things that are inside are must have items for my day to day routine.

I have to keep a few lip gloss options readily available especially with this southern winter. This bone chilling wind will chap your lips up like Edward Scissorhands if you’re not prepared. I also try to keep my make-up bag on me so that I have some color lipstick options if I need to switch it up from work to happy hour. I also keep my essential oil blend vape pen on deck. If you just read that sentence and you’re wondering what that is all about and the benefits, be sure to go to www.monq.comfor all the deets and how to order if you decide that it’s something that you would be interested in.

I also keep my priorities planner handy because a phone calendar with alerts/reminders set up does nothing for me, but if I write it down I am more likely to remember it.

I just added my latest book purchase to my bag. That book is The Graced Woman: A 31 Day Devotional for women. The past 2 weeks I’ve been trying to incorporate as many affirmations and devotions into my daily routine to help me with my consistency problems as it relates to my spiritual walk and emotional healthiness.

I sometimes carry a prayer journal in my bag depending on what I’m going through during that week. Sometimes emotions run high for no given reason and I need to whip out the prayer journal and my worship playlist and get it together.

My wallet is an obvious must have because that’s where I keep the “coin”, my business cards and other important cards/identification.

And finally, my Mane Choice Ancient Egyptian oil infused lotion. It is the best thing since sliced bread. It keeps my skin super hydrated and soft plus the it smells amazing. You can order yours, as well as, all their other great hair & body products at www.themanechoice.com
